Meditation classes

Monday and Wednesdays 7:30am - 8.30am - Raja yoga practice with Steven Ross awakens body, mind and spirit.  Raja practice includes about 30 minutes of yoga postures, pranayama (breath control) practice and a guided meditation.

Sundays 9.30am - Guided meditation with Steven Ross is a 45 minute class where healing meditations are guided by Steven, each week we explore the deeper layers of ourselves. Meditations range from classical to metaphysical, this is a donation class.

Building meditation workshop - Saturday August 30th 2pm-3pm with Steven Ross

Quiet mind, open heart meditation series. 8 week morning meditation series with Kelly Lindsey.  Tuesdays 8am-9am.  Starts Sept 9th
