Molly fell in love with yoga over a decade ago in her first public class. Moving to Austin inspired her to intensify her practice and complete her certification to teach yoga. Her classes focus on a gentle and restorative approach to create a relaxed and meditative experience. She loves working with beginners and watching their journey to understanding what yoga can bring to their lives.
