delora fredrickson
delora is a native texan, raised in el paso’s dry desert. she arrived in austin to attend UT and traveled west after graduation, landing back in austin in 1991. even as a child she was a spiritual seeker: meditation, movement and the outdoors were the backdrop for development of inner awareness as she grew up. delora is well on her way to becoming a 500-hour yoga instructor, certified in kundalini, restorative, children’s, and pre/postnatal yoga. her classes include breath awareness, meditation and relaxation and are centered around a theme: focusing energies on healing and uplifting the spirit. she meets student where they are - providing acceptance and support for each individual. grace and beauty are the foundation for her practice and this is imbued in the space she creates for her classes.
