Raja yoga practice with Steven Ross awakens body, mind and spirit. Raja practice includes about 30 minutes of yoga postures, pranayama (breath control) practice and a guided meditation.
Guided meditation with Steven Ross is a 45 minute class where healing meditations are guided by Steven, each week we explore the deeper layers of ourselves. Meditations range from classical to metaphysical, this is a donation class.
