Ananda is a global movement based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi. Ananda was founded in 1968 by Yogananda’s direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda.

Ananda group meditations offer ancient techniques of meditation, spiritually orientated hatha yoga and spiritual friendship. Through Ananda you can receive initiation into Kriya yoga, the technique that Yogananda brought to the West to accelerate one’s spiritual growth..
