Sanskrit from the Bhagavad Gita

Six week study series with Professor Stephen Phillips

This series is suitable are for absolute beginners. Pronunciation and the letters of the alphabet will be rehearsed every class. More advanced students should have fun, too, since our time will be filled mainly by chanting mantras — and learning what they mean — along with svadhyaya ("self-study," the fourth niyama on the Yoga-sútra’s list of five) by focusing on key slokas from the Bhagavad Gita.
