Free Day – Vinyasa and Yin

Dynamic flowing movement in the first half of class. Followed by rejuvenating yin practice with deep stretches held 3-5 minutes.

Classes include yoga postures (asanas), with breathing to build deeper awareness and brings harmony and good health to body and mind. Develop strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath control. Beginners friendly and suitable for all levels.

Hatha Basics

For beginners or those revisiting the basics. Learn basic poses, alignment, conscious breathing and how to relax. Discover the potential of a yoga practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic flowing movement from pose to pose utilizing the breath and sun salutations between poses. These active classes geared towards those looking for a stronger movement-based practice and assumes some yoga experience.

Bhakti Flow

Emphasizes integrating vinyasa flow yoga with the heart-opening practices of Bhakti Yoga including singing, music, storytelling, poetry, and creative movement.

Develop & Deepen

A mindful, slow-flow hatha class designed for practitioners who wish to strengthen and develop their asana practice as a means to move deeper along their yogic journey. Class typically focuses on building towards one pose, taught within a philosophical framework or theme.

Family Yoga

Kids aged 3-8 years and their families practice yoga together. This class will build on many of the poses and sequences introduced in Meg's parent/toddler classes but is open to children and their families of any experience level. Yoga sequences and principles will be introduced with songs and games in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Gayatri Chanting

Every Sunday morning we chant a sacred mantra 108 times to bless the studio space, students of all levels are invited to learn the mantra and chant with us. Steven will give a tutorial at the beginning of class with written mantra cards, chanting begins shortly after.

Gentle Hatha

A class for individuals with either physical challenges, overcoming injuries, or those looking for slower pace. Modifications are given to suit your needs so that you find comfort in each yoga pose.

Toddler & Family

Yoga for young children and their caregivers that is a creative mix of yoga poses. Class will involve singing, chanting, games, and fun for both kids and adults. Class is for toddlers (strong walkers to 3 years).

Prenatal Yoga

A practice created for the evolving needs of the prenatal student. Safely increase flexibility and strength while relaxing the mind and body. Yoga postures, breath work and meditation are all used as tools to support women through the challenges of pregnancy.

Mama & Baby

Yoga centered and focused on the needs of motherhood. This class focuses on strengthening and releasing the body while incorporating songs, movement and play for babies. Suited for 6 weeks through crawlers.

Raja Yoga

Yoga for the body, mind, heart and soul. Each class cultivates a meditative and sacred experience based on Eight limbs of Yoga. Suitable for seekers of all levels.


Take time to relax with gentle movement and restorative postures that utilize props in a supportive environment for total relaxation. Each class will include 4-6 poses held for a longer period of time, often ending with yoga nidra, a state of deep relaxation.

Strengthen & Lengthen

Strengthen and Lengthen offers a balance between strength building and deep stretching. Expect core exercises to help build and maintain a strong powerhouse, poses to increase muscle strength and stability, and deep stretching poses to lengthen muscles and sustain flexibility.

Sunrise Flow

An invigorating and awakening morning flow practice moving with the breath.

Sunrise Flow & Meditation

Energizing all levels vinyasa flow with controlled breathing ending in meditation. Each class brings an inner meditative experience.

Yoga Nidra In Flow

Quiet and introspective class with iRest Yoga Nidra at the heart of the practice. Explore movement of the body through the senses as well as breathing exercises and lying meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Focuses on deep passive stretching of the fascia, slowing the body holding poses for three to five minutes per yin pose while calming the mind. It's a perfect complement to a more physical practice. Yin yoga can be challenging, inspiring and awakening.

Candlelight Flow

Candlelight slow moving practice to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. suitable for all levels.

Guided Meditation

Learn correct Yogic meditation utilizing techniques and spiritual principles. Open to beginners and seasoned meditators.

Align & Slow Flow

Explore the harmonization of masterful physical alignment and conscious breath. Active class geared towards those looking for a stronger movement-based practice and assumes some yoga experience.

Hatha & Meditation

All levels hatha, breath techniques and finishing with meditation. Each class brings an inner meditative experience with minimal alignment cues and a philosophical theme woven throughout.

Lunchtime Yoga

45 minute moderate paced class designed for lunch break. You'll leave refreshed, restored, and ready for the rest of your day.

Yoga for Stress Relief

Heal from the physical and mental effects of a stressful day. Slow movement targeted to key stress areas, deep relaxation and meditation to clear the mind.

Slow Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic flowing movement from pose to pose utilizing ujjayi yogic breath synchronized with every movement.
