East side yoga's beginners series is a great way to learn the essentials of a yoga practice or simply to refresh your knowledge. you will learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and you will develop an understanding of what yoga is to you and how to apply these techniques for your own body. increase flexibility and stability, improve balance and posture, gain strength and endurance, focus and calm the mind and generally increase your overall well-being!
series dates – Saturday Jan 14th, 21st and 28th. 2.00pm to 4.00pm
